Pick up the phone

I don't understand WHY some people just don't pick up the phone when there's an incoming call. Is it really SOooooO hard to talk on the phone? I don't know if this only happens in my home or am I not the only one facing this hard time? I know, no big deal about this, but it's quite annoying sometimes, letting the phone ringing endlessly, what if it's an emergency call?
Brother - never bother to anything else except sticking his ass to the chair sitting in front of the damn computer playing games all day long.
Father - never bother to answer any call because he hates to talk on the phone, I guess. Even if the call is for him, he wouldn't answer it IF it's not urgent. What the heck? I'm not lying, this is true.
Mother - doesn't like to talk to any 'gossipers' in the family on the phone to avoid awkwardness.
Grandma - seems very busy every day but heck, I really have no idea what you're doing.
Who else left to answer the phone?
Me. Yes, me. More than 95% of the call is not for me because usually people looking for me will call my mobile but still, I have to answer it and pass it to whoever is wanted.

If I want to send a text message to someone, I would expect that person to reply, of course. Otherwise, why would I waste my few cents to message you then? Okay, so I messaged you, asked if the computer lab is open on Saturday, which is the next day, and I ASKED you to reply me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and yet, NO REPLY. I know we're going to meet in class the next day, but hello, I need the answer immediately, otherwise I would have ask you in class right, you knucklehead.
Please don't say you're not willing to spend RM0.10 to reply my bloody message. So you just messaged me a hour ago, huh? I really intended to ignore your message and leave you worry till death, but....I'm not as evil as you.
